Tina Adolfsson

Tina Adolfsson is the Data Innovation Lead at Survey.com where she brings strategic planning, brand development, and process improvement expertise when developing go-to-market strategies for clients.

Tina started her career in premium brands at Procter & Gamble, working on Pantene, Olay, Tide/Ariel, Always, Hugo Boss Fragrances, and more. She was the Director of Strategic and Financial Planning for Global Blades & Razors at The Gillette Company, providing financial leadership and support for media investments and new product introductions in a highly competitive retail space. She then moved to Ralph Lauren, heading up long-range planning, she developed a focus on the shopper, across the apparel brand’s retail, wholesale, and licensing channels.

She is active in Boston’s vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem, as a pitch judge, mentor, and board member (MIT-EF Innovation Series, Innovation Women, Ellis Project, Hult Prize Accelerator, LatinX, Inno-stars, and more). She has served on the boards of AIESEC and P&G Alumni, is a former President of Boston Women in Finance, and is a frequent speaker.

Director of Strategic & Finance Career

Tina begun her career as the Director of Strategic & Financial Planning at Procter & Gamble, where she created a prioritization model for a $400 million annual advertising investment (Ad$pend) and created a system to forecast and analyze the $1.5 billion beauty care materials budget (COMPASS). From there she joined Ralph Lauren’s Business Development Group as a Senior Director of Finance and enhanced decision support, resource allocation, and transparency across 20+ divisions. In 2008, Tina founded ACT Growth Strategies, creating strategies for startups and NGOs and taking on several roles, including SVP Business Development for Womensphere’s inaugural year, executive sponsor of AIESEC Africa SwITch, among other positions. Tina has been the VP of Marketing & Data Innovation Lead at Survey.com since 2017.

Through mobile, cloud, and data analysis, Survey.com combines in-store execution and brand representation with retail analytics and shelf-level insights. As a high-impact strategy executive, Tina brings her extensive experience in launching and scaling consumer goods.

Tina leads these efforts of leveling the playing field for growth brands and offering flexibility and nimbleness to established brands, by creating distribution, retail presence, and sell-through strategies.
